  8. After adding paneer filling in the dough, flatten it with your hands, use ghee to flatten the dough with your hands,now spread some chopped coriander & mint leaves on one side of naan and press it so tht leaves are sticked to naan properly.
  9. Sprinkle some water on the other side of the naan so that it sticks on the tawa, when it's done place carefully naan on hot tawa.
  10. After 2 mins hold the tawa side & put it upside down the flame, carefully cook all the sides of naan by holding the tawa upside down, keep the flame medium,apply oil or butter and fry evenly on both sides.
  11. Once it's fried nicely from both sides transfer it on plate and crumble naan with ur hands.
  12. You will see the beautiful chur chur (layers) of the naan,pour an ample amount of butter on the naan & serve with curd or Tamarind chutney.
