  1. First of all take a grinder machine grind keema and all the ingredients of kofta and make a balls, now keep these kofta balls in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Now cut the onions 🧅 in slice then take a pan fry the onion till then goden brown in colour,put them aside.
  3. Now take a blender machine put yogurt and onions grind it well make a paste foam.
  4. Now take a pan pour that oil which is strain from onions 🧅,pour into pot r patili then take adrak leson paste fry it then add dahi and onion paste,add all the spices except jaifal javatri powder..
  5. Cook the mixture until then oil comes out, stir this with continuously with a glass of water jab achi tara bun jai now pour the koftay mix well don’t use spoon stir the patili with handles, cook the koftay about 5 to 7 minutes generously,now add 3 glass of water.
  6. Cook on the medium flame, cover it with lid, check koftay ater 45 min check the water,of kofta until become soft and tender.
  7. Now add jaifal javatri powder mix well,and cook for 15 min on low flame.
  8. After 15 min koftay becomes cook, ready to serve,hopefully u like this recipe of koftay.one thing I will tell u that from this recipe of kofta, it will become sof texture, thats why i m adding cream in mofta keema mixture..
  9. For naan add flour and all the ingredients of naan mix well and make a soft dough, cover it,put it in worm place like oven for 2 to 3 hours maximum 1 and half our is enough to rise a dough of naan..
  10. Now heat the tawa on medium stove, to make a naan, roll the para of dough and round it with rolling pin it's time to pour the naan on tawa, brush the water on each side of naan and flip into tawa..
  11. Now u can see a bubble on naan, now turn the tawa and cook the naan, move the tawa in clockwise and cook it.
